Property Performance Assessments provides two types of inspections  for mortgage lenders. Pre-Closing Inspections  and Loan Compliance Inspections.

Today, more and more Mortgage Lenders are realizing the value of Pre-Closing Inspections even though most require an appraisal before a loan is made.  However, appraisals don't always document property issues nor the discrepancies found when presenting appraisal data.  Therefore, a  report detailing these issues is very useful and facilitate in determining the loan amount on properties in question.  PPA can perform these evaluations and document all findings at a reasonable cost in the shortest amount of time possible.
