As always, PPA does not charge for many extra services like other inspection companies do.  We understand the value of a real estate inspection and are able to provide outstanding services at a reasonable cost.  Therefore, we do not charge extra fees for basic gravity feed septic system, irrigation system and water wells. We believe  these ancillary systems make up a complete house if present and should not extra fees attached. These are included with all residential inspections if these systems are present and a full residential inspection is ordered.
